Your fault is compressor vibration or noise: the following are the causes and troubleshooting methods

Deviation (lack of alignment): Remove the coupling and let the driver run alone. If the driver does not vibrate, the fault may be caused by misalignment.
                               Refer to the relevant part of the instruction manual to check the misalignment.
Compressor rotor is unbalanced: Check the rotor to see if the imbalance is caused by dirt, and rebalance if necessary.
Bearing wear due to dirty oil: Check the bearings and replace them if necessary
Coupling is unbalanced: Remove the coupling and check for imbalance.
Surge: Whether the compressor operating conditions leave surge conditions
